Marion Nestle gave the plenary lecture at the European Society of Environmental History (ESEH) Conference 2013. In her talk, entitled “Politics in Action: The Environment of Food Choice”, she explained how and why food production and consumption have changed since 1980. She also offered some suggestions for improving our food systems. Below is the RCC’s video of the lecture.
